After the show

OK, I admit it, my feet were VERY sore on Sunday evening! I salute every exhibitor who does something like this on a regular basis! That’s one tough job! A lot of fun, though, too, and a really great experience! Already have a ton of ideas what to do different / better next time!

One of the things that is really tiring is that 30 second ‘elevator speech’. When someone stops at your booth, you don’t want to scare them away with too much information, but you want to interest them enough to make them explore further. So over the course of 4 days, you repeat the same basic info about 3 million times, until you start sounding like a broken record, or your tongue gets all twisted from repetition. Funny. So you start to try to say it differently or find a new line, and promptly mess it all up. Hilarious. Luckily, most people are very nice about mumbling, bumbling, cross-eyed exhibitors!

Anyway, if I ever muster the energy to download the rest of the show photos from my camera into my computer, I’ll post them here. (Don’t hold your breath, though, will probably be after Easter! See above, sore feet – (and brain!) ….. ;-) )

And before I forget, a big thank you to Libbie Wilkie Design for including me in her blog about the show. Very much appreciated!
